FASHION AND DESIGN PROGRAM

We are excited to see our Fashion and Design program grow. We started with just one sewing machine, and we now have two, allowing more learners to participate and gain practical tailoring skills. Step by step, we continue creating opportunities, building skills, and empowering our community towards self-reliance.

BACK TO SCHOOL INITIATIVE

Back to School Initiative was a success today! We gave out exercise books, rulers and pens to children in our community, and we were also blessed to support a few with school uniforms. Small support can make a big difference. We just want to see these children stay in school, learn, and have a better chance at life. One child at a time. One future at a time.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

Empowering women through skills training, education, and community support in partnership with SHOFCO. This program focuses on building confidence, providing vocational training, and creating sustainable income opportunities for women in Kisumu County. Through this partnership, we have reached over 200 women with practical skills and business development support.

DETERGENT MAKING SKILLS TRAINING

Empowering community members with practical vocational skills through hands-on detergent making workshops. Generously sponsored by Shofco, this program provides training in chemical mixing, quality control, packaging, and business skills development. Participants gain valuable income-generating skills while contributing to community hygiene programs.

COMMUNITY WOMEN SUPPORT GROUP

WOMEN VOCATIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP

Hands-on vocational training session for women in the community, including hands-on detergent mixing and other practical skills. This SHOFCO-sponsored program focuses on real-world, income-generating skills development through guided practice and mentorship. ORAL HEALTH CHILD EDUCATION

Teaching children essential oral hygiene practices for lifelong healthy smiles. In partnership with Smiles Dental Clinic, we provide interactive sessions with fun demonstrations on proper brushing techniques and dental care habits. This collaborative program has reached over 500 children in local schools, creating a foundation for healthy oral habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.
